RESERVATIONS, PAYMENTS AND CANCELLATIONS

  • A deposit equal to the first 3 nights of the stay is required.

  • In the event of cancellation up to 30 days before arrival, the deposit will not be refunded but will be retained as credit towards a future stay of equal duration, to be used within 12 months and in the same season (high/low) as the original booking, subject to availability.

  • From the 29th day up to the day of arrival, the deposit will not be refunded.

  • In the event of late arrival or early departure, the room rate will be charged without meals.

The deposit can be sent via bank transfer or postal order.
In accordance with the provisions of art. 1385 -1386 of the Civil Code, the deposit is intended exclusively as a guarantee of the commitment undertaken and not as an advance for the requested service. It therefore entails complete acceptance of the booking and cancellation conditions and will therefore be refunded upon payment of all agreed services and booked days.

Information Request

The reservation is an agreement between the parties in which the hotel undertakes to reserve the room for the days and with the treatment agreed and the customer undertakes to respect the dates and treatment requested at the time of booking, under penalty of being charged for the days cancelled or shortened.
