RESERVATIONS, PAYMENTS AND CANCELLATIONS

• Deposit to be paid equivalent to the first 3 days of stay.

• In case of cancellation within 30 days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded;

• From 29 to 15 days before arrival the deposit will be held valid for another stay of the same duration as the cancelled one.

• From the 14th to the day of arrival the deposit will not be refunded in case we are unable to sell the room.

• Late arrivals or early departures will be charged the room rate without meals.

The deposit can be sent via bank transfer or postal order.
In accordance with the provisions of art. 1385 -1386 of the Civil Code, the deposit is intended exclusively as a guarantee of the commitment undertaken and not as an advance for the requested service. It therefore entails complete acceptance of the booking and cancellation conditions and will therefore be refunded upon payment of all agreed services and booked days.
